Creative Call
We’ll schedule a 1-on-1 call to get to know your brand better. This is where we refine the vision, align on direction, and set the foundation for the design process.
Design in Progress
I’ll begin working on your project – whether it’s design development, illustrations, or technical packs. During this process, I will keep you in the loop along the way. You’ll receive updates at key stages and have a chance to give feedback during revisions.
Final Delivery
Once the work is finalized and approved, you will receive all the necessary files in one file – depending on the services you choose. So you can move forward and be ready for your next step!

You’re completely free to change your mind! However, once your deposit is confirmed, that’s when our work officially begins. For that reason, deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or pause the project for any reason, just let me know.
